Upcoming meetings

Meeting dates, times, and venues are published in advance. Any changes (including cancellations) will be posted as a notice.


Agendas

Agendas are published before each meeting and include the items to be discussed. Supporting papers are linked where available.


Minutes

Draft minutes may be published for information and are marked accordingly. Minutes are approved at the next meeting and then published as final.


Public participation

Residents are welcome to attend. Where a public forum is provided, please keep comments relevant and concise. If you have a question for the Council, you can also contact the Clerk in advance.

How often does the Parish Council meet?

Meeting frequency varies across the year. Dates are published in advance and updated if arrangements change.

Where are meetings held?

The venue is listed on each meeting notice. If a meeting is held at a different location, this will be clearly stated.

When will the agenda be available?

Agendas are published ahead of the meeting. Where possible, supporting papers are linked alongside the agenda.

Are minutes available immediately after the meeting?

Minutes are usually published as draft for information and become final once approved at the next meeting.

Can I speak at a meeting?

Residents are welcome to attend. If a public participation session is included, the Chair will invite comments in line with the meeting arrangements.

How do I request a copy of an older minute or document?
